Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the specific quantity of screws or fasteners you wish to return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct shipping address for our warehouse facility.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original boxes to prevent thread damage during transit; clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team verifies the items are in resalable condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
